November 2007 - Boston Textile creates a subsidiary to serve individual consumers for bed bug protection.  BedBugCover.com is launched, as of March 25th 2008 there are over 2,500 customers.

Tom Leahy joins Boston Textile Company as Vice President of Operations.  He will focus on increasing workflow efficiencies, deploying and managing a new ERP system, and heading marketing efforts.  Tom was previously Director of Business Development for Boston Logic Technology Partners, Inc.  Prior to Boston Logic, he worked in the IT group at Bain Capital.  Tom holds a Management Information Systems degree from Loyola College in Maryland.

David H. Leahy Jr. nominated to the Board of Directors of South Shore Cooperative Bank.

Boston Textile Company has entered into its third generation after David H. Leahy III joined the company as Vice President of Sales.  David had previously worked as a Mutual Fund Wholesaler for Eaton Vance Distributors in downtown Boston.  He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and was married last summer.

Both David H. Leahy Jr. and David H. Leahy III are working together to deliver the highest customer satisfaction and provide the best pricing available.
