We've been in the business of managing nursing homes for 19 years, and have dealt with Boston Textile for at least 13 years. We use them for all our linen needs. I can say that they have bailed us out of more situations than I care to think about. For example, an OSHA survey found that a laundress needed special attire to handle infectious laundry. We had never heard of this item and did not know where to find it. We called Boston Textile and they knew exactly what we needed, and where to get it, and had it delivered the next day! When we've needed supplies in a hurry, they have responded.

Another important thing about the company is that they will sell us only what we need. Most linen companies only sell by the case, and we do not have the storage space to accommodate this kind of inventory. However, Boston Textile will not only break the case, they will drop ship our orders directly to our various nursing homes. Nobody else will do that! They also stand behind their product, and will work to satisfactorily resolve our problem. I only wish we had more vendors like Boston Textile.

Boston Textile has been doing business with New England Baptist for many years, and is one of the few companies with a consistently good track record. They offer great service and great products at great prices.

When we have compared their prices against the competition, we have found them to be less expensive, and when their service is compared to the competition, they are outstanding. Citing an example of their incredible service- we were the medical sponsors for the World Cup soccer matches in Foxboro. We forgot to order one important item, emergency blankets. I called Dave Leahy who promised to have 400 delivered at the loading dock before 10:00 am the next day. True to his word, the blankets were there.

Furthermore, Boston Textile knows what we usually order and keeps two to three months inventory on hand. If we are short, they will send it out to us immediately. They always deliver when they say, and the order is always accurate. I have nothing but good feelings for Boston Textile.

For the fifteen years I have worked with Boston Textile, I have found the company constantly offers great service and commitment to their customers. If I am trying to track down some unusual product, I always call Boston Textile. They always seem to have access to all the information we need.

The Leahy family conducts their business as a small family-owned business, even though the company is quite large. I have always found Dave Leahy to be honest and very helpful.

The employees also seem to have the same commitment to customer service as the Leahys. Everyone knows how to treat the customer and they go out of their way to satisfy our needs. Boston Textile has been a terrific resource for the hospital.

We have been dealing with the Leahy family at Boston Textile since the early sixties. We have always found their service to be excellent, usually having our order delivered within two days. We've tried other vendors, but they have never worked out because no one can match Boston Textile's service. For instance, if we need a sheet set for an odd size bed, they will find it for us! And if there is ever a problem, we can express it directly to the Leahys, and they will rectify it immediately. I think it is amazing that a business as large as theirs, can give such personal attention to their customers.
